Seasonal Recreation Employment Opportunities


Limerick Township Parks and Recreation Department (LTP&R) hires seasonal, part-time summer camp staff ages 15 and older for our 2 Summer Shamrock Camps, Camp Shamrock and Shamrock Adventures. Applicants must be 15 years or older by the start of camp.

Summer Shamrock Camp Counselor in Training Program

The Counselor In Training (CIT) Program is designed to train youths who are entering 8th-9th grades - who are too old for camp but too young for paid employment- to assist the Summer Shamrock Camp Staff with activities, games and crafts. CIT positions are seasonal, non-paid, volunteer positions. Placements are limited. Additional information is included in the application.

College Recreation Internship Opportunities

LTP&R offers college students Internship Opportunities, please look over the information and contact the Parks and Recreation Office if interested in applying for an internship with the department. Spring, summer, or fall interns are welcome!
