Limerick Township is a township of the second class governed by the Second Class Township Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Township is governed by a Board of Supervisors. There are five supervisors elected for 6-year staggered terms. As the governing body, the Board of Supervisors is responsible for:
- Establishing Policy
- Appointing Boards & Commissions
- Enacting Ordinances
The daily operations of the Township are administered by
the Township Manager, Daniel K. Kerr.
