About the Committee

The Limerick Township Industrial Development Authority (LTIDA) is a Pennsylvania corporation created on September 14, 2006.  The LTIDA was established for the public purpose of alleviating unemployment, maintaining employment at a high level, creating and developing business opportunities and financing certain not-for-profit entities, manufacturing and research and development facilities to foster growth in the Limerick Township, Pennsylvania region.  The LTIDA approves projects after evaluating applications for financing through the use of the Economic Development Financing Law.
 

To date, the LTIDA has financed seven projects.  The LTIDA has donated $62,500 to local charities since inception.
