The Limerick Township Fire Marshal enforces the Fire Code. Chapter 84 of Township Code. "106.5 Fire Safety Inspection Program. Inspections are required annually for all tenant spaces in a commercial occupancy." If entry to the premises or common area is denied to the code enforcement officer, the code enforcement officer may apply to the appropriate authority for an administrative search warrant.
