Youth co-ed players (Ages:5 to 13) will be organized and play according to NFL flag rules and regulations. Regular season includes practices and games. The league will provide jerseys,referees, flags, fields and footballs. No prior experience is necessary. Athletic attire and non-metal football cleats/sneakers required. Volunteer coaches are allowed for teams. Additional practice times and travel games are possible during the season.

Limerick Township Parks and Recreation coordinates youth baseball and soccer leagues with JumpStart Sports. These leagues are open to any child between the ages of 3 to 7 for baseball and 3 to 6 for soccer.
Players 3-5 years old learn the basics of throwing, catching, fielding, batting, and base running, and then apply what they have learned in fun, non-competitive games. Sessions are one hour long, one day per week, and include all instruction and game play in one outing.
A fun introduction to coach pitch baseball for 5-7 year olds. Players will receive instruction in all basics of the sport, and will apply what they have learned in fun games. The games will be non-competitive and no score will be kept. Players who are not able to hit a pitched ball will be able to use a tee while learning. Each session includes instruction and game play.
Boys and girls ages 3 – 6 years old have fun and learn the basics of soccer: dribbling, passing, trapping, shooting, and positioning. Each session consists of instruction in each aspect of the game, participation in fun, age appropriate drills that are designed to teach skills, and low-key, non-competitive game.
Children ages 2.5-5 year old are provided with a positive, age-appropriate introduction to a variety of sports. Sports offered include soccer, football, hockey, track and field, basketball, and more. Program also includes the development of loco-motor movements and fun fitness actives. All instruction is developmentally appropriate and is a great opportunity to enhance a child's physical, social, and emotional development.
