How do I get a copy of a police report?
Police reports are released after they are completed and approved. To request a copy of a report, a Right to Know form must be completed. The form can be obtained via the website or in person at the station. The Right to Know form, after it is submitted, is attached to the initial incident and the Police Department's approval letter, then is sent over to the Limerick Township's Right to Know Officer for his signature. After the Right to Know is signed, the forms are returned to the Police Department and the letter is mailed or may be picked up by the requester. There is a $20 fee (cash or check) for the report.Right to Know Form (PDF)
