Limerick Township is excited to announce that a much-anticipated Lewis Road improvement project is beginning Monday (5/15)! The project consists of the installation of sidewalk (installed on the East side only due to increased costs), curbing, and stormwater control measures from S. Limerick Road to the Spring-Ford High School . The contractor will begin in the area of the High School first and work their way North to S. Limerick Road. The project will continue throughout the summer and conclude with PennDOT performing a full-width repaving of a majority of Lewis Road. It should be noted that no travel restrictions are anticipated as part of the installation of this public improvement.
