Board of Supervisors
The governing body consists of five elected officials who serve six-year terms. The terms are staggered and not more than two terms expire at any one time. Under the authority of the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, the Board is responsible for setting policy and adopting ordinances and resolutions in order to ensure the sound fiscal management of the township and to secure the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the municipality. All official business of the Board is conducted at public meetings.

Boards of Supervisors Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. All meetings are held at the Limerick Township Building and start at 7:00 p.m.
